Who are we?

Joosten Advocaten is an informal law firm with 35 employees. We work hard, but we also have fun. We specialize in personal injury and employment law and distinguish ourselves through our commitment. We approach cases not only from a legal perspective, but also consider the human side. Combined with the long lead time of our cases, this ensures that clients become familiar with us, but also with you as their first point of contact.

We are located in Amsterdam Buitenveldert. Our office is easily accessible by car and there is free parking available. Traveling by public transport is also easy, as our office is within walking distance of the Van Boshuizenstraat tram stop and Amsterdam Zuid station.

About the position

Our new telephone operator handles all incoming calls with ease. This involves an average of 50 to 75 incoming calls per day, which mainly need to be transferred internally to the lawyers and legal assistants. You will also be responsible for receiving visitors to our office.
As part of the team, you will also be happy to assist with secretarial and facility-related tasks, such as scanning mail, stock management, and archiving. If desired, you can also perform other tasks that we will be happy to teach you.

Our new receptionist:

has a pleasant telephone voice and is customer-oriented;
has experience in a similar position;
has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
has a flexible attitude and a presentable appearance.
